Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Supperly app. By using Supperly you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and these terms add to it.
Food and allergy safety. Supperly gives meal ideas and estimates. Recipes, nutrition figures, diet labels (such as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free) and allergen filters are guides, not guarantees. Ingredients and brands vary, so always read labels and check with a doctor or dietitian if you have an allergy, a medical condition or specific dietary needs. Supperly is not medical or nutritional advice.
Using Supperly
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law.
Your content
The meals, notes and photos you add stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them on your device and sync them through your own iCloud so the app can work for you. Only add content you have the right to use. Recipes imported from a link or photo belong to their authors, so use them for your own cooking.
Supperly Plus
- Supperly Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks extra features. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
- New subscribers may be offered a free trial. Where offered, the trial length is shown at checkout and the subscription starts charging when it ends unless you cancel.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- If you stop subscribing, you keep your data and the free features.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may update or remove features, and may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Supperly after a change means you accept it.
No warranty
Supperly is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep recipes and figures accurate, but we do not promise the app will always be error-free, available or suitable for your needs.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Supperly and the people behind it are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from relying on recipes, nutrition information or allergen filters. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot be excluded, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Supperly at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
